Module I:  The Being a Great Leader course will explore and find the absolute balance between one’s foresight, performance, and character as a leader.   This course will further emphasize the need to be visionary, bold, courageous, and understand what humility and focus really means.  These qualities will be examined and explained under the framework of great leaders.   The course will further emphasize what it means to be a strategist and how to handle delegation and cooperation among employees, team, boards, stakeholders, etc. As a great leader the participants will learn how to turn excuses into positive results.

Module II: The Highly Effective Leadership Skills course will address the points that addresses the effective leader in the manner of a great leader with qualities that will impact the future growth of an organization as well as the growth of A Team.  Highly effective leadership skills will address core concepts which foster success across the spectrum for those who are attentive to change within a given community.  Such terms as listening, patience, empathy, reliability, dependability, creativity, feedback, effective communication, Team development, flexibility, fearlessness, boldness, risk-taking, ability to mentor, teach, as well as accept feedback from others will be prevalent in this training course.  There is the understanding that highly effective leadership skills do not have an exhaustive list.

Module III:  The Strategic Leadership course is crucial as a leader as it will explore the conceptualization of how strategy aligns with a comprehensive strategic plan, and the accountability of a leader and how to fit and align strategy with personnel, leader develop, decision making, and positive practices.  The course will outline the “what if” methods when changes take place inside the organization’s structure and the impact on both internal and external stakeholders.

Module IV: The Leadership Sustainability Through Relationship Building, Coaching & Mentoring course will highlight the impact of mentoring as a core element of success, change, learning, teaching, and role-modeling.  The etiquette of mentoring will be discussed in organizations and the effectiveness of mentoring in a leadership position. This course will emphasize the importance of mentoring as a leader and the influence on subordinates in a working environment. The course will differentiate between the concepts of mentoring and coaching.  The course will not leave a cavity in the role of mentor and the mentee and how mentored individuals will become more successful and steadfast in what they decide to do in life.

Module V:  The Managing Workflow Through Technology course will explore the salient issues on how highly effective organizations are able to handle HR Matters, retention, input, and output from multiple spaces and still remain productive.   The course will discuss compliance management, document management, and which cloud space is more relative for certain organizations. The course will discuss aligning software and hardware with the emphasis on minimizing errors and increasing work efficiency among personnel.  The course will also explore how technology will lead to quicker decision making and empower staff to improve delivery as well as enhance productivity.

Module VI: The Leadership for Non-Profit Organizations course will set the standards for what we do as an organization in a non-profit service and servant delivery space.  A space that changes from day to day.  This course will explore how organizations leverage the power of their brand by investing in the people it plans on serving and the people they employ.  This course will handle succession planning since it is missed by so many organizations as well as defining one’s niche as a non-profit institute.  We will further explore the role as a non-profit in a profit driven society and how the organization’s strategic direction facilitates the goals, objectives for change and continued growth.  The course will address board commitment and its role, partners in raising friends and funds, and respecting an appreciating the role of volunteers.

  • Membership Recruitment, Retention & Engagement as well as managing and rewarding volunteers.

 

Module VII:  The Leadership with A Global Footprint course will lend its presentation to a global atmosphere for change and how to effectuate such change in an impactful manner. This presentation of a Global footprint will support the evaluation of a global perspective on education, health, travel, leadership, foreign trade, and what we can do as an organization to make a difference in the global space.  This Global presentation will explore the work of John Maxwell’s Global Leadership Perspective, The Next Generation as well as other similar training tools.
